By participating in Susan's The Daring Way™ groups or workshops, you will have the opportunity to explore how to live bravely every day by showing up in the arenas of your life and relationships to become and offer the best, most authentic version of you. The Daring Way™ is based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, and was created with the primary focus on developing shame resilience skills and a courage practice that transforms the way we live, love, parent, and lead. Guided by Susan, we will learn from a multimedia library uniquely created for these workshops and groups, and then we will tap into the power of a group experience to gain the courage and hope from one another’s stories to delve into the arenas of our lives, and be empowered to learn that we are not alone.
